Spacious rooms and high floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Only the location not that convieniet. Need walk away 15min to market street.

It was a nice clean, although a little musty, room.

It was nice room that was clean every day that we asked. It's close to the middle of town, so the historical sites are just 30 mins away via walking. Plus there's a bus stop close by (5 minutes) to go to Anping District.

There would be a slight odor in the room afterwards, but it would go away once the AC was on.

Disappointing

Location is good, surrounded by everything you need.

Unfortunately, the hotel rooms have serious smoky smell that bothers all the family members. The bathroom needs a pair of slippers or the room is gonna be wet all over the floor.

There is the Family Mart, CosMed and a bubble tea shop when you walk out from this hotel. Cross the street and there is delicious soup noodles. Add another 5-10mins and you will reach Hai An Road where there are quaint small bars.

The table tops, ledges and space below the bedside table in the room was dusty. The amenities, including the flask and toiletries, were placed on a table which could only be accessed by climbing onto one of the beds.

the location was good, near city centre. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the bed sheet and duvet were not clean. we found footprints on the duvet although the staff were helpful. The air condition was too loud.

Great for Tainan when it has discount

The location is great and the staffs are very friendly. The lighting is great.

Smells like old KTV even if it says its a non-smoking hotel, but u can sense the smell. The toilet paper is poor quality and the hair dryer is also very old fashioned model. That can be improved.

parking fee without any discount during the stays. it’s the same as public charge for 300/per day. And you have to re-start the parking time again if you drive out and in. compare to other stays with parking lots or discount parking fee, it’s not worth to stay here. too expensive…

Staff at reception was pure rude and incompetent! 1) we reach at 250pm, staff insist she can only proceed to with check in procedures at 3pm. Despite us informing us that she can begin with the process first, she insisted it can only be done at 3pm! This is absolute ridiculous! 2) at 3pm, registration begin but to our horror upon collection of the keys and entering into the room it was a wrong room assigned! 3) when to clarify, staff actually gave us the wrong set of documents and thus the wrong room allocated. Since is her mistake, she still ask me to bring down the wrong key after I settle into my room! What kind of service is this! 4) staff insisted that I have to pay at the counter despite me showing her that it had been paid via booking.com 5) staff insisted that I have to show her the credit card I used for booking which I mention that I did not bring and on what basis must she have it? She cannot explain Quality of Room > so thinking that we can finally settled into the room peacefully, it became the next horror 1) hot water wasn’t working in the bathroom 2) television wasn’t working 3) cups were filled w ants & mosquitos! 4) room is filled w a weird stench > contacted the front desk, staff mentioned they will address the issue ASAP but waited for 10mins before I call in again. And the reason was they are very busy with other operational matter. So only after we mention that we have to bathe ASAP as we are rushing to go out then one staff came up to check on our issues > hot water only came in after another 20mins of wait Terrible service and experience Definitely will not encourage anyone to stay when in Tainan!

New and very clean hotel in a great location

One of our best stays so far in Taiwan. A new and very modern hotel in a good location, with lots of eateries and cafes nearby. The room was super comfortable, with a huge TV, a comfy bed and very clean. There was hot and cold water in the lobby downstairs and the staff were really friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.
